I LoVe.....

...being from the SoUtH....

...and I love Southern food.

I read Kelly's blog.  She too loves Southern food.  And especially okra.  At one point she listed an okra recipe...and people had to ask what it was.  Sigh.

If you've never had fried okra, you haven't lived.  And I ain't talkin' 'bout deep-fried, completely breaded okra.  I'm talkin' lightly corn meal breaded skillet fried okra.
