the last few days i've walked around with a swollen upper lip and a cyst the size of a kumquat.
how's that for sparing you the details? hmmmmm?????
anyhooooo, this morning my usual high pain tolerance flew out the winder as they injected a cortisone shot......and then had to do it AGAIN.
so today, i avoid
i've printed out more Tinkerbell coloring sheets than i ever thought possible. i printed angry birds, thunderbirds, and state flags.
thank you, Al Gore, for these here internets. {SNORT OUT LOUD!}

so while the kiddos have cut, colored, and pasted (and made up songs on the xylophone, like bruiser is right this very moment) i have searched for kitchen chairs.
i'm desperate, people. desperate i tell you! my current kitchen chairs have been loathed by me for years. and yet i've dealt with them. accepted them. but never loved them like they deserve.
here are a few options.
i'm in love with this chair. isn't it awesome? anyone ever ordered from zin home before? i haven't...makes me a little nervous.
true. love. confession: this is the same green i was planning on painting an antique trunk i have in our kitchen. and 2 of our bar stools. if i go with the$e chair$, then i'll have to change up my color scheme.
i need color. but i love that chair as well. and could be fun mixed in with some colored chairs to help tame it down a bit.
honestly, my plan all along was to do different colored chairs.
it's been hard finding 5 chairs that will all fit under my round table. but i think these would work...even though i'd rather mix and match.
so what do you think? yes? no? buy all? buy none?
i love the green. but i have a frugal angel on one shoulder battling the extravagant demon on the other. {sigh} not sure which one's gonna win the battle.

I love the metal chairs! I can't believe it's been so long since you've posted! Hope you all are having a fun summer!!
