where in the world have i been?

oh my goodness.  where have i been?  not only have i not blogged...but i haven't read blogs either!  oh my mercy!  what is happening to me?!?!?!

i've told y'all before....when it's gorgeous outside that's where you'll find me.

right now we are spending every waking moment out in the great outdoors.  i think our summer is going to be sweltering b/c our spring came super early.  and it's a warm spring.  a very warm one.

i luvs it.

so let's get caught up, shall we?

* today was a glorious day.  i kept bruiser home from school b/c his allergies are HORRIBLE.  it was so fun having him be the biggest brother all day.  and doh doh loved having him.  we planted flowers all day.  all.  day.  long.  see why it was glorious?

*  my tennis team has 3 matches left for the season.  count them:  one, two, threeeee.  i will shout it from the rooftops when we're finished.  it is so much fun.  but being a captain is a lot of work and frankly i'm just ready to relax!

*  baseball season has begun and for the first time i have a little player.  bubba is loving it.  but they have 3 practices a week.  3?!?!?  count them:  one...ok, i won't do that to you again.  but it's a lot.  his first game is coming up soon!  wowzers.

*  b/c bubba has never played on a team before i'm just warning y'all.....if you scoff, tease, mock, or ridicule my son in public this normally non-confrontational momma bear will pounce on you.  you have been warned.

*  you just gotta love church league baseball.  bazinga.  

*  i planted all new stuff around the ole mailbox today.  i think i like it.  if i do i'm sure i'll share pictures.  i also got our deck looking better, lots of flowers.  lots of ferns.  pretty.  

*  and now the laundry i normally do on mondays is calling my name.  i have a feeling it's going to be a late night for me.  {sigh}  tomorrow i work in my garden.  i'm sure i'll share pictures of that soon too.  

oh y'all, i luvs me some spring.  hope you're enjoying it.  how was your easter?  i'll share some cute pics soon.  i promise.
