i have laundry in the washing machine AND dryer. and even though the kitchen is a mess, no beds are made, and folded laundry is scattered all over the living room, i'm pausing life so i can blog.
i'm trying to start the week off on the right foot. of course, i should probably start with the beds, or dirty dishes, or emptying our bags we took hiking with us yesterday....but i'm blogging.
about easter. yes, i'm slightly behind.
the saturday before easter we headed to a friend's cabin in the sticks.
we had a blast. bubba loved that tree. if he was ever missing we found him in the tree. or on the swing.
although he only made it once in the harness. he looks like he's enjoying himself in the pictures....but he preferred being harness-free....and closer to the ground. {giggle}
how cute is that
oh have mercy does my girl love to swing. don't worry....my man doesn't always look like that. but after hour 6 of swinging his girl....yeah, he started to look less than thrilled.
while eggs were being hidden for the big hunt, we headed down the road with the kiddos.

the egg hunt was a huge success. i'll try not to bore you with too many pictures. but i seem to be making up for lost time all in this one post!!

my little bruiser fell in love with the tree swing. but i've shown enough pics today. i'll save that for another day. honestly, i can hardly wait to show you pics from yesterday. we took the boys rock climbing. although i didn't haul my camera with me b/c we were WAY out in the sticks. but i did have my phone so i got a few good shots.
now i'm off to make beds, fold laundry, and work on my posts for the week! i promise! i'm trying to re-enter the blogging world! oh how i've missed it.
