totally random

we just put all kids to bed.  early.

* my man & i are about to climb into bed and veg out while staring blankly at something on tv.  sounds like fun, doesn't it?

* i'm completely exhausted.  the last week or so has just flat. worn. me. o-u-t.

* my house is a disaster area.  the kids can no longer cram the overflowing dirty clothes basket with even one more sock.  my kitchen is filthy.  i need a day at home.  with nothing to do but focus on my house.  i don't have one of those days coming any time soon.

* i'm considering canceling lunch tomorrow with girls from church just so i can have from 8-2:45 with nothing but my house and doh doh to occupy my time.  is that bad?

* i had to wash spoons tonight so my kids could eat cereal and "macapony" cheese.  pathetic.  {don't judge}

* i'm listening to the hum of the dishwasher.

* tonight i'm going to bed with a dirty kitchen, laundry baskets bulging, dirty floors, a cluttered family room......and i don't.  care.  at all.

*  i'm also overlooking the hideous play room......normally a pre-bedtime check, it went overlooked & i just discovered a heaping mess.  which will still be here in the morning.  tonight we sleep.

* i have much to blog about.  hopefully i can squeeze in some time tomorrow to post it all.  i'm also working on finishing out the walls in my living room.  yay!

* i think i've decided to skip lunch tomorrow.  i just started going to the wednesday lunch with some church friends.....will y'all excommunicate me if i miss one?

* i'm considering taking that chance.
