i don't watch hgtv...

...don't hate me.

their programming just doesn't really...well...appeal to me.

however.............

while taking down christmas decorations a couple weeks ago, hgtv had RV 2012.

if you know my bubba, you know he was intrigued.  ok, more than intrigued.  he was in luuuuuuurve.  and he was glued to the tv. 

so while making my house less festive, we watched.  and drooled.  and oohed & ahhed....and realized people spend a lotta moolah on very bizarre things.

after that drool fest he ran back outside to play.  leaving me ALONE to take down decor.  ahem.  before i could turn the channel a show i used to watch came on.

i watched.  and was thankful it was a marathon that day.

two weeks later....i'm still addicted.  i enjoy house hunters as well, but the international show is my love. 

yes, i know the show is staged.  there is no such thing as reality tv.  but it's still fun to see the different houses, styles, prices, and can we just talk about those views????

so if you've wondered why my blogging has been sporadic lately....well, now you know why.  well, it's at least one of the reasons why.

the constant slamming of my backdoor is another.  i just had to lay down the law:  one more time & you're in for good.  'nuff said.
