today

we went to visit friends who just adopted a new baby

it was a great day
and i got to inhale the luscious aroma of a newborn

y'all....those chubby cheeks...oh my mercy
doh doh's first words to Daddy when we got home were all about the umbilical cord

i take my girl to see her first live stage production

i can't even begin to tell you how excited i am!!!!!

although i am a little worried that she'll be scared of the Beast

i've tried to think back, and i think my first live stage production was on Broadway
so Doh Doh's is off-off-way-off Broadway
but still a great show

i hope she'll remember it
i hope she won't sing along too loudly
i hope I don't sing along too loudly
i hope those seated around us find her adorable & don't ask us to move
or be quiet
