perhaps it's just all the fighting. or perhaps it's the fact that to curb the fighting we put a blow-up mattress on the floor of the playroom to separate the boys...essentially giving them their own bedrooms.
since then, they've slept together MANY times, or with doh doh, or with Daddy...and rarely spent a night in there alone.
but regardless of what it is.....i've got the itch.
to redecorate. or decorate. i haven't yet decided.
but i'm drooling over pinterest pics.
the other day we were up in our attic and looking at the delicious slants of the ceiling. we started talking about finishing it out, making it one large boys' space. y'all. it would be beautiful. and it's a possibility....but it's doubtful we'd get our money out of it. so probably not smart. {disappointing sigh}
this one is a little too juvenile for what i'm going for. but i love the map on the shade. cuteness.
i love built-ins! love. them. been a dream of mine to build some in a room. considering doing it!!!
but maybe not. it overwhelms me, truth be told. but some are nice!

i like the red of this room. not sure what the artwork is on the wall, but love the light that hits it and the color.
love this hidden nook! how cute, right?!?! but it looks like maybe it's in a hallway or something. not in a bedroom. what do you think?
love the wood behind the bed. we actually have considered this for the boys' shared room or one boy's room. i don't like the generic headboard. too blah for me. but like the stripes and the wall.
and of course you know i love those tennis rackets. yep.
so many choices. so many decisions to make. i think the boys (Bubba, actually) need a space where they can go alone. but they really like being together and get lonely without the other one. so i just don't know. but until then, i'll dream about all the different spaces i could decorate.....
